20th Annual Carroll County Festival of Trees
Hosted at John Street Quarters
The Shepherd’s Staff will host its 20th Annual Carroll County Festival of Trees at John Street Quarters from November 27–29, 2026, in conjunction with downtown Westminster’s holiday celebrations.
We are proud to welcome this beloved community tradition to our venue. John Street Quarters is owned and operated in support of the volunteer members of the Westminster Volunteer Fire Department. Events held here directly support our facility and the department’s mission of protecting and serving the Westminster community.
Throughout the weekend, guests will enjoy:
- A silent auction of beautifully decorated holiday trees
- Virtual bidding options
- “Buy Now” opportunities
- Live entertainment on Friday and Saturday featuring local choirs and schools
- Fresh baked goods available for purchase
- Artisan gifts and cash-and-carry holiday items
- A festive holiday atmosphere in the heart of downtown
This annual fundraiser is the largest event supporting The Shepherd’s Staff’s emergency financial assistance and critical programs for individuals and families in crisis throughout Carroll County.
By attending the Festival of Trees at John Street Quarters, guests are supporting two important local missions:
- Helping neighbors in need through The Shepherd’s Staff
- Supporting the volunteer firefighters of the Westminster Volunteer Fire Department through venue partnerships and community events
